Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Claudio and I worked together in the hospital setting. Watching the care and respect that he gave each patient and staff member led to a client-realtor relationship in which I placed all my trust in him. I was actually his first client and never doubted for a moment about giving him the opportunity, which was an excellent decision based on my experiences with him. As a busy nurse with a hectic schedule, it was Claudio’s flexibility that originally stood out to me. He worked with me, around me, and for me with service that is not often seen. He is responsive, timely, and knowledgeable. Claudio’s advice, negotiation skills, and knowledge served me well not once, but twice. I entrusted him to help me buy my first home in CA and then again sell that same home several years later as I needed to relocate to care for my aging family. And again in the sales role, he allowed my relocation and transition to be much smoother by selling not only my home but also my furniture at an above asking price. As a solo parent, head of household, and busy nurse, Claudio took a tremendous amount of stress off my plate by assisting with multiple aspects of the sale of my home. He handled the open house with ease- staged my home, cleaned as needed, and helped with everything that was required. He even snuck over the morning of his child’s birthday party to make sure everything was perfect! He was able to place me in temporary housing after selling my home quickly. This allowed me to remain near my job and ultimately provide for my family, for which I am extremely grateful. We knew we could always rely on him and we trusted him during this important time in our lives. Claudio really took the time to get to know us and our family. He took finding the perfect home for us very seriously. When it was time to start looking at houses he knew what we really wanted in a home and what we wanted to stay away from. He never tried to pressure us to look at other types of homes or to look outside of our budget. He told us to take our time and not to rush into anything. He was willing to look at however many homes it would take to find our forever home, even if that meant it would take a while. Anytime we would call, text, or email inquiring about a home or if we had any questions, he was always available to help. He made sure to get all of the info we needed to make the decision we needed to make, to go pursue a house or to move on the next. We never felt like he left any information for us. We knew the good, the bad, and the backstory of every house so we could make the proper decisions. If he saw red flags we were the first to know. He never wanted us to go in blind not knowing what we were getting into or what issues could come down the road. With the experience he has, he can visualize the possibilities for future upgrades, remodels, or interior design. Having that long-time experience in this field, he can spot issues or problems that can come immediately upon purchase of the house or in the near future. We learned a lot from him throughout this process, the good and the bad, and I feel like it’s made us better homeowners.
